The agreement between your clinic and MedPilot AI. Written to be read, not skipped.
These terms govern your clinic's use of MedPilot AI ("Service"), provided by CyberFreezeDev ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms on behalf of your clinic.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@cyberfreezedev.com.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all clinic and patient data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the Service on your behalf. Our handling is governed by our Privacy Policy and DPDP Compliance statement.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for paid plans, excluding scheduled maintenance (announced at least 48 hours in advance) and outages caused by third-party providers (e.g., WhatsApp). Service credits for missed targets are available on request.
AI-generated content (summaries, draft replies, suggestions) is assistive, not authoritative. Clinicians must review any AI output before acting on it. We don't warrant AI outputs for clinical accuracy.
Either party may terminate with written notice. We may suspend accounts for non-payment after 14 days' notice, or immediately for material breach of these terms or applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
We'll notify clinic admins by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
