Why we exist

India has over 70,000 small and mid-size clinics. Most of them are brilliant at medicine — and drowning in admin. Double bookings, no-shows, missed follow-ups, WhatsApp messages lost in a sea of forwards. Patients walk away. Doctors burn out. Good clinics lose to chaos, not competition.

We started MedPilot AI to close that gap. Not with another clunky hospital ERP, but with a WhatsApp-first, AI-assisted workflow that matches how Indian patients actually book appointments today.

What we believe

  • WhatsApp is the front desk. If your system can't handle a WhatsApp message, it can't handle India.
  • Doctors shouldn't type. AI should draft the note, summarise the history, and get out of the way.
  • Software should earn its keep. If it doesn't save time or recover revenue in the first week, it's not worth installing.
  • Data stays in India. DPDP-aligned by design, not bolted on later.

Who's behind this

MedPilot AI is a product by CyberFreezeDev, a small engineering team based in India, building pragmatic tools for businesses that have been underserved by enterprise software.

Where we are

We're currently in pilot with a small number of clinics across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. Early access is open — lock in founding-clinic pricing before public launch.
